It's my first time stay at this hotel, even though I come to Chamonix many time. The location is good, the room is good. The hotel staff and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend gelegen am Rand der Altstadt und Fussgängerzone von Chamonix... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich... Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Wellnesslandschaft im Untergeschoss.. Die Räume sind schon etwas ins Alter gekommen. Es ist alles eher düster. Ein Facelifting mit mehr Tageslicht täte dem Bereich sehr gut... Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlemswert...

An excellent location in Chamonix. Very close to the central shopping street and cable car. The staff here were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was of a good quality even if it felt expensive. We enjoyed the balconyI in room and the rooftop terrace. Sadly the bed was very worn and created constantly. It probably needs a replacing. The elevator and carpet were also very tired. We did however love the spa! Overall, this is a very good option if you're staying in Chamonix.

위치는 정말 너무 좋았고 방도 괜찮은 편이었다. 그런데 라디에이터가 작동이 안돼 매 번 프론터에 전화를 해야해서 매우 불편했다. 방과 욕실의 조명이 너무 어두웠다. 아침식사는 매우 평범한 데에 비해 가격이 비싸다. 나쁘지 않았지만 다시 가고 싶진 않다. 직원들 친절도도 그럭저럭이었고 별 4개 호텔 치고는 좀 기대에 못미쳤다.
